RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the proposed settlement with Country Mutual Insurance Company, as subrogee, regarding an
occurrence on December 21, 2018, at 430 Illinois Avenue, Elgin, Illinois, which includes a
payment in the total amount of$38,023.27 is approved.
