RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A FINAL
PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PURPOSES WITHIN THE
SITE LOCATED AT 1175 N. MCLEAN BLVD., ELGIN, IL 60123 (CULVER'S)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Final Plat of Easement for stormwater management purposes within the site
located at 1175 N. McLean Blvd., Elgin, IL 60123 (Culver's) from McLean Blvd. Crossing LLC,
regarding the property legally described on said plat prepared by Arc Design Resources Inc., dated
March 19, 2020, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
said Final Plat of Easement for 1175 N. McLean Blvd., Elgin, Illinois 60123 (Culver's) to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
