NOTICE TO REMEDIATE IMMEDIATE AND CONTINUNING HAZARD
Notice is hereby given that Aaron Cosentino, Director of the Department of Neighborhood
Services for the City of Elgin, has determined that the residential structure located within the City
of Elgin and identified below(the'Property')is dangerous,unsafe,and unfit for human habitation,
and is open and vacant and constitutes an immediate and continuing hazard to the community
within the meaning of Section 11-31-1(e)of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/11-31-1(e)).
The Property is located at 603 Raymond Street, Elgin, Kane County, Illinois, 60120, having
Permanent Tax Index Number(P.I.N.)06-24-255-001, and legally described as follows:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF KANE, STATE OF ILLINOIS, TO WIT:
THE WEST 63 FEET OF THE NORTH 93 5 FEET OF LOT 2 IN BLOCK 2 OF P. VAN
NOSTRAND'S ADDITION TO ELGIN,IN THE CITY OF ELGIN, KANE COUNTY ILLINOIS
The City of Elgin intends to demolish,repair,or enclose the building on the Property and to remove
any garbage, debris, or other hazardous,noxious, or unhealthy substances or materials if the owner
or owners or lienholders of records fail to do so within thirty(30)days of the last date of publication
of this notice.
