BETWEEN ELGIN,ILLINOIS AND SENIOR SERVICES ASSOCIATES
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into on by and between Elgin,Illinois("City"),and Senior
Services Associates("Project Sponsor"). It modifies the Community Development Program Funding Agreement
("Agreement"),entered into on February 27,2020,by and between the City and the Project Sponsor.
NOW,THEREFORE,the City and the Project Sponsor agree that the following section of the Agreement is
hereby'amended as follows:
Project Schedule
The Project Sponsor shall complete the project described herein according to the following schedule:
Secure Commitment for Pro-Bono Engineering Services Completed
Submit Draft Construction Bid Packet to City for Review/Approval Mardi 6,2020
Advertise/Distribute Construction Bidding Documents MaFeh 26,2929 June 1,2020
Receive/Open Bids from Contractors Ap.ri'16,2 June 25,2020

Award Construction Contract May 4,2029 July 8,2020
