RESOLUTION
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 15-104 REGARDING A PREVIOUS VERSION OF A
TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND THE NORTHEAST ILLINOIS REGIONAL COMMUTER
RAILROAD CORPORATION AND THE COMMUTER RAIL DIVISION OF THE
REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR CROSSING WARNING SIGNAL
DEVICE IMPROVEMENTS AT MCLEAN BOULEVARD AND BIG TIMBER ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that
Resolution 15-104 adopted on August 12, 2015, providing for the execution of a Transportation
Agreement with the State of Illinois Department of Transportation and the Northeast Illinois
Regional Commuter Railroad Corporation and the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional
Transportation Authority for crossing warning signal device improvements at McLean Boulevard
and Big Timber Road, be and is hereby repealed.
