FOR A PORTION OF 40 ANN STREET, ELGIN, ILLINOIS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that the City of Elgin hereby accepts the quit claim deed conveyance from W.R. Meadows, Inc. to the City of Elgin for a portion of 40 Ann Street,Elgin,Kane County,Illinois 60120,pursuant to the quit claim deed dated August 15, 2019, a copy of which is attached.
