Dear Sean:
Regarding your continued interest in receiving professional assistance to enhance your ability
to support the city's unfolding change journey, I offer you the following engagement proposal:
Executive Coaching Services performed by Eric Rubin
1. Serve as an objective change coach and sounding board to Mr. Stegall as you face the
new leadership, organizational, and cultural challenges associated with the city's efforts
to prepare for, and deliver upon, Mayor Kaptain's and the Elgin City Council's strategic
direction.
2. Provide objective feedback, insight, and counsel to members of Mr. Stegall's leadership
team and other stakeholders at your discretion.
The fees for said services provided by Mr. Rubin will be $350 per hour with a not to exceed
amount of$10,000. The previous new customer discount of 25%will be honored through the
duration of 2013. No additional expenses are anticipated so long as the work is performed
within the Elgin area. If travel outside of the Elgin area is required, fees and travel expenses will
be billed as incurred. Billing will occur on a monthly basis and payment is expected within thirty
days of receipt of the invoice.
