BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Jacob & Hefner Associates, Inc. dated May 15, 2008, last
revised February 10, 2012, for the Randall Point Business Park Resubdivision No. 1.
