RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
IN PROVIDENCE UNIT 3D SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that
the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance the public improvements in
Providence Unit 3D Subdivision which include sanitary sewer main, water main and their respective
appurtenances within dedicated easements and will add the following city-maintained facilities:
approximately 3,193 lineal feet of 8-inch water main; seven, 8-inch valves in 4-foot vaults; 13 fire
hydrants; 2,244 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer; 21 sanitary manholes; and 2 street name signs.
