RESOLUTION
RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH AMERICAN SOUTHERN INSURANCE COMPANY REGARDING THE
PRINCETON WEST SUBDIVISION PERFORMANCE BONDS
(Townhomes Phases 1, 2, and 3)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it
hereby ratifies and approves the execution of a Settlement Agreement with American Southern
Insurance Company by David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, regarding the
Princeton West Subdivision performance bonds relating to Townhomes Phases 1, 2, and 3, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
