RESOLUTION
RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE CONTRACT
(24 S. Porter Street-NSP Property)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby ratifies and approves the execution of a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the
City of Elgin by Sean R. Stegall, City Manager, with TCF National Bank for the purchase of
property commonly known as 24 S. Porter Street, Elgin, for $198,000, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
