"The Queen of Bingo" (herein after referred to as the "PRODUCTION for performance(s))on the following date(s)and

extent required by law.)

$,T12- OTHER TERMS: In addition to the guarantee stated above, ARTIST will also receive 35% of all tickets sold for both
COE/Qo 'performances. PRESENTER agrees to provide ARTIST and AGENT with an audited copy of the Box Office Report for
each show not later then the Monday, March 21, 2011. A check for the total amount of the percentages due ARTIST for
each performance shall be provided to the ARTIST within thirty (30) day of the final performance)must be given to
ARTIST by the intermission of the second performance. PRESENTER will also provide three (3) tep quality single
rooms for the ARTIST for the night prior to the first performance date and for each night of a performance date plus
reasonable al-1 round trip ground transportation needed by ARTIST.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The parties hereto hereby acknowledge that the following additional terms,conditions and any and all attached contract
and/or technical riders are integral parts of this Agreement. This Agreement may be modified only by mutual consent of
the parties hereto. ANY MODIFICATION MUST BE MADE IN WRITING AND SIGNED AND DATED BY •
BOTH PARTIES. This Agreement cannot be assigned by either party. The parties hereto agree to the full performance
of all terms,conditions and provisions contained herein.
2. It is expressly understood by the PRESENTER and the PRODUCER who are parties to this Agreement that neither
Mainstage Artists Management,L.L.C. nor its employees nor directors are parties to this Agreement in any capacity other
than as AGENT and therefore,that neither Mainstage Artists Management,L.L.C.nor its employees nor directors shall be
„n/, liable for the performance(s)or breach of any provision of this Agreement hereof. -

COE/QoB 4. If any of the payments referred to in TERMS AGREED UPON,PERCENTAGES and OTHER TERMS above are
not timely made (time being of the essence)the PRODUCER shall have the right to refuse to present the PRODUCTION
or to cease presenting the PRODUCTION, all without relieving the PRESENTER from its obligation to pay the monies it
would have been required to pay (including but not limited to the Guarantee and anticipated Overages) had the
i PRODUCTION been presented as scheduled.
676 / 5. PRESENTER agrees to furnish a suitably licensed theater, hall or auditorium, clean and in good order, with licenses
COE/QoB and approvals required in connection with the performance date(s) and time(s) outlined above. A Right Of Occupancy,
G6. PRESENTER shall furnish in proper working order all lighting and sound equipment required in the theater and shall
maintain and clean the theater, including all lobbies, stairways, halls, aisles, seats, floors, dressing rooms and bathrooms
(which must be adequately equipped with soap, towels and toilet paper). PRESENTER shall also furnish hot and cold
running water, electricity and during all performances and rehearsals, sufficient heat and air conditioning to maintain a
comfortable temperature. PRESENTER shall also furnish, at its sole cost, all ticket takers, ushers, security, stagehands,
advertising, insurance, box office staff, catering and stage drapes required. PRESENTER agrees to return the completed
venue questionnaire and either the technical questionnaire provided with this Agreement or a detailed package outlining
technical capabilities of the venue to be used.
4? / I 7. PRESENTER shall take all steps reasonable and reasonably necessary to preserve and protect the property,materials
COE/QoB and equipment of PRODUCER while PRODUCTION is in the venue. Loss or damages resulting from PRESENTER'S
negligence shall be the responsibility of PRESENTER. Security must be provided in the areas used as dressing rooms, •
stage area and all entrances and exits to venue while the PRODUCER'S PRODUCTION is located therein.
8. PRODUCER reserves the sole right of approval of any and all performing artists that are to appear in conjunction with
the performance(s),and the right to determine the length and nature of performances of such other artist(s). A violation of
this clause will entitle the PRODUCER to refuse to furnish the PRODUCTION described herein but PRESENTER shall
remain obligated to make all payments herein set forth. The PRODUCTION shall receive one hundred percent(100%)
top billing in all manner and forms of advertising connected with this engagement, including the marquee. The

PRODUCER shall have the right of approval of any and all other performing artists on the same program. PRESENTER
agrees to notify PRODUCER of any national commercial sponsorship of the PRODUCTION.
9. PRODUCER will not contract for a performance of the PRODUCTION with PRESENTER within one year of the last
date upon which the PRODUCTION was performed for the PRESENTER without first notifying AGENT in writing. In
such cases, PRODUCER agrees to pay AGENT a commission equal to that of the original performance(s) of the
PRODUCTION. PRODUCER and PRESENTER agree to be jointly and severally liable to AGENT, an intended third
party beneficiary,for commission on such additional performance(s). •
10. In the event AGENT provides PRESENTER with a videotape or filmed television commercial of the PRODUCTION,
said commercial shall be used only for the purpose of advertising PRESENTER'S PRODUCTION and shall be returned to
AGENT within two weeks of the last performance date of the PRODUCTION unless PRESENTER is required by
PRODUCER to purchase such videotape or filmed television commercial. PRESENTER agrees to indemnify AGENT by •
reason of PRESENTER'S breach of the provisions of this paragraph.
— — 11. No performance;rehearsal or outside service rendered in connection with any engagement covered by this Agreement
shall be recorded, reproduced,filmed,videotaped or transmitted from the place of performance by any means whatsoever,
in the absence of a specific written agreement with the PRODUCER. PRESENTER shall exercise its best efforts to

prevent the broadcasting, recording or reproduction by radio, television or any other devise of the PRODUCTION or any
part thereof.
12. PRESENTER agrees not to commit PRODUCER or members of the PRODUCTION to any personal appearance(s),
interview(s) or any other type of promotion(s) or appearance(s) without the express written permission of the
PRODUCER,AGENT or PRODUCER'S Company Manager.
13. PRODUCER may furnish PRESENTER with copy for its house program, if available, and PRESENTER agrees to
print at its own expense and distribute free to its patrons for each and every performance of the PRODUCTION, a
Ty__ sufficient quantity of house programs conforming to PRODUCER'S copy.
55, 14. PRODUCER shall have the sole and exclusive right, but not the obligation, to sell souvenir programs and other
COE/QoB souvenir items including compact discs, T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, etc. in connection with, and at the performance(s)
^ • hereunder and the receipts thereof shall belong exclusively to PRODUCER. PRESENTER shall receive 20% of all
C` gross receipts for all such aforementioned souvenir programs and other souvenir items.
15. PRESENTER shall be solely responsible for all music royalties in connection with PRODUCER'S use of music with
the exception of that used in a musical-theater PRODUCTION. PRESENTER warrants that it has obtained any necessary
ASCAP, BMI or similar license required. PRESENTER shall also be responsible for any and all city, state and federal
amusement taxes plus all broker and border crossing fees charged in connection with performance dates in Canada.
PRESENTER agrees to pay all other taxes, including state withholding tax, unless PRODUCER is notified of such taxes
with return of this Agreement.

S / ► ` 17. If before the date of any scheduled performance(s) it is found that PRESENTS

18. In the event one or more members of the PRODUCTION cannot perform because of ill health,physical disability or
other circumstances not reasonably within their control, PRODUCER shall use its best efforts to furnish qualified
substitutes for such members. PRODUCER shall not be liable for the failure of such member(s) to perform nor shall
PRESENTER be relieved of any of its obligations herein. PRODUCER warrants that each member of company is
competent to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and in default of this provision shall indemnify PRESENTER and
AGENT for any loss resulting therefrom.
19. PRODUCER shall have the sole and exclusive control over the PRODUCTION,presentation and performance of the
engagement, hereunder, including, but not limited to, the details, means and methods of the performances of the
performing artists hereunder, and PRODUCER shall have the sole right as PRODUCER may see fit, to designate and
change at any time the performing personnel. PRODUCER'S obligations hereunder are subject to detention or prevention
by sickness, inability to, perform, accident,means of transportation, Acts of God, riots, strikes, labor difficulties,
epidemics, any act or'order'of•any public authority or any other causes, similar or dissimilar, beyond PRODUCER'S
control.

21. In the event the performance(s) and any of the covenants of this Agreement on the part of the PRODUCER or
PRESENTER shall be prevented by an Act of God, fire, national or local calamity or emergency, strikes, labor disputes,
breakdown of transportation or any cause beyond reasonable control, PRODUCER and/or PRESENTER shall each be
relieved of their respective obligations hereunder with respect to the covenantor performance(s) so prevented.
PRODUCER shall be under no obligation to present performance(s) at any other time. In the event of attempted
cancellation of a performance(s)of the production by PRESENTER,PRESENTER'S failure to prove reasonable causes,in
PRODUCER'S sole opinion for such cancellation, shall result in PRESENTER being liable to PRODUCER for all monies
due hereunder, including,but not limited to, all deposits thus far received, if PRODUCER remains ready,willing and able

to render services for PRESENTER pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. All sums payable to PRODUCER by
PRESENTER as set forth above, shall be paid to PRODUCER as and when set forth in said Agreement regardless of
whether or not PRODUCER actually renders services to PRESENTER.
22. PRESENTER agrees to hold six (6) complimentary house seats for PRODUCER and six (6) complimentary house
seats for AGENT for each performance, located center orchestra, to be released twenty-four(24) hours prior to curtain if
(� not notified by PRODUCER and/or AGENT.

7/ 24. This Agreement may not be changed, modified or altered except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties.
COE/n ' This Agreement shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Venue for the resolution of
any disputes or the enforcement of any rights pursuant to this Agreement shall be in the Circuit Court of Kane
County, Illinois.

CITY of ELGIN ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
ATTENTION: Please carefully read each of the additional provisions set forth below. By signing
below, you hereby agree to be bound by the provisions contained in this Addendum To Agreement
(the "City Addendum"). If there are any conflicts between this City Addendum and the terms or
conditions of the underlying Agreement, legal/technical Rider(s), or any other document constituting a
part of this Agreement, the parties agree that the provisions of this City Addendum shall supersede
any conflicting provisions, and shall control, prevail and be given full force and effect in construing the
agreement between the parties.
A. The terms of this Agreement shall be severable. In the event any of the terms or
provisions of this Agreement are deemed to be void or otherwise unenforceable for
any reason, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
B. This Agreement shall not be construed so as to create a partnership, joint venture,
employment or other agency relationship between the parties hereto.
0 C. This Agreement is the only agreement between the parties hereto regarding the
subject matter hereof. There are no other agreements, either oral or implied,
regarding the subject matter hereof.
D. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artist/Producer agrees to indemnify, defend
and hold harmless Purchaser, its officers, employees, boards and commissions from
and against any and all claims, other relief arising out of or resulting form or through
or alleged to arise out of any reckless or negligent acts or omissions of
Artist/Producer's officers, employees or agents in the performance of this
Agreement. In the event of any action against Purchaser, its officers, employees,
• agents, boards or commissions covered by the foregoing duty to indemnify, defend
and hold harmless, such action shall be defended by legal counsel of the
Purchaser's choosing. The provisions of this paragraph shall survive any termination
and/or expiration of this Agreement.
E. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement it is expressly agreed and
understood that in'_connection with the performance of this Agreement that the
Producer shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, City and other requirements
of law, including, but not limited to, any applicable requirements regarding prevailing
wages, minimum wage, workplace safety and legal status of employees. Without
limiting the foregoing, Producer hereby certifies, represents and warrants to the City
that all Producer's employees and/or agents who will be providing products and/or
services with respect to this Agreement shall be legal residents-of the United.'States.
0 The City shall have the right to audit any records in the possession or control of the
Producer to determine Producer's compliance with the provisions of this section. In
the event the City proceeds with such an audit the Producer shall make available to

the City the Producer's relevant records at no cost to the City. Producer shall pay
the cost associated with any such audit to City.
F. No official director, officer, agent or employee of the City (Purchaser) shall be
charged personally or held contractually liable under any term or provision of this
Agreement or because of their execution, approval or attempted execution of this
Agreement.
G. Artist shall not perform or advertise another performance within a sixty (60) mile
radius of Elgin, Illinois sixty (60) days prior or sixty (60) days after the performance at
The Hemmens Cultural Center.
H. Hemmens' Staff will make every reasonable effort to maintain the spirit of the artist's
light plot using the venues lighting system and available inventory (see attached
Technical Information Rider and light plot). The Hemmens uses Roscolux Color
Filters and will make the suitable substitutions as needed.
Operator to provide and pay three room for one (2) nights (Thursday, March 17,
2011 and Friday, March 18, 2011) at an Elgin hotel to be approved by management.
J. In the event that the Artist fails to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement,
the City shall be entitled to pursue any and all remedies afforded by law or equity. In
the event any party cannot perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement due to
an. act of God, serious illness/accident or force majeure, as defined in this
Agreement, the parties shall attempt to reschedule the event. If the event cannot be
rescheduled, no payments shall be due from the City under this Agreement, and any
payments made by the City to Artist or its representative(s) shall be refunded to City
within ten (10) days of written demand by the City. In the event that the City
negligently or willfully does not substantially perform its obligations herein, the City's
liability is strictly limited to the performance fee provided herein. In no event shall the
City be liable for any other monetary damages, including, but not limited to,
compensatory, consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages of any kind, or
any costs or attorney's fees, arising from or in any way related to any breach of the
terms of this Agreement.

Technical Rider
(Revised 6/10/09)
Theatre A Go-Go, Inc. stage shows are designed to be flexible, no-hassle productions which can
be modified to work in most any performance space. While the vast majority of our presenters
are traditional performing arts centers and formal theatres with elaborate stage systems, TAGG
productions are completely adaptable to non-traditional spaces as well, such as church halls
and school auditoriums. Our shows also make excellent fundraisers. In addition to the required
technical specification and guidelines listed below, TAGG strongly suggests that presenters
request a copy of our targeted marketing & promotional campaign specifically designed for
each of our touring productions.
It is understood and agreed that the requirements delineated below are to be provided by the
PRESENTER at no expense to the PRODUCER. If you are unable to comply with the following
requirements, please notify us immediately. Crossing our or deleting any word, phrase, paragraph or
clause will not relieve the PRESENTER from performing its obligations as originally stated in this
Technical Rider. Changes, if any, must be made by rider or addendum only and with prior approval of
the PRODUCER.
Stage Set Pieces:
1 —Folding table 30" (2 feet) x 72" (6 feet), dark brown, lip no greater than 1"thick
2 —Folding chairs double-hinged, double-braced (beige or brown)
1 —Music stand
1 —Music stand light/clip light
1 —Bar stool with back
1 — 10 lbs. frozen turkey (to be kept frozen until end of show)
Optional Set Pieces:
1 —Hallway Type Light—The bottom of the light must be hanging approximately either (8') feet
from stage floor directly center over the folding table.
3 —Hallway Type Lockers (Lockers that you would find in a school hallway) Lockers should be
placed upstage at least 5 feet from the upstage side of the folding table with equal space in
between eachset of lockers.
1 —American flag on a stand.
Lighting:
An area of about 12 feet (deep) x 14 feet (wide)_should be lit with a general wash consisting of
pinks and blues. (Roscolux #33 No Color Pink, Roscolux #67 Light Sky Blue or gels that are
similar)
Two (2) Specials will be needed. One special for each actor will be needed when they do their
monologue during the show. Each special should be set to cover each actor sitting on the folding
chair behind the folding table. Gels for these lights should be much lighter almost white with
just a hint of pink.
There are 8 - 10 simple light cues (within the play itself).
Sound:
3 — Wireless'body microphones will be needed for the three actors on stage.
1 — Corded microphone (Shure 57 or comparable quality) with adjustable single microphone
boom stand placed in the booth or somewhere the actor can use the microphone and not be seen
by the audience but has full view of the three actors on stage.
1 — Monitor for the actor using the corded microphone to hear the actors on stage and the sound
cues.
1.— CD player, for the preshow music and the Sound Cues in the show.
2 — CD players are preferred.
There are about 11 - 12 recorded sound cues that can be practiced during the tech rehearsal.
Stage:
1 — Set of stairs to get on and off stage from the audience.
1 — Set of blacks, black flats or dark curtains to cover the back of the stage or playing area.
NOTE: The audience is an esential part of this show. If there is an orchestra pit, it must be
covered. If the stage has a large thrust beyond the proscenium, every effort must be made to
accommodate staging the show as close to the_audience as.possible or at least in front of the
curtain line.
Load-in:
Load-in is extremely minimal for this production and as such it will be scheduled directly between the
PRESENTER stage manager or technical director and the PRODUCER at a time convenient to all parties.
NOTE: Flash paper is ignited onstage during the performance which is kept completely contained within
the confines of a candleholder.
Crew: •
2 —Technical people to run lights and sound during tech and for each show.

Dressing Room(s):
3 — Secured dressing rooms which are lockable; if not, one (1) secured dressing room to
accommodate three (3) actors comfortably.
3 —Fresh bath and three hand towels per performance.
NOTE: The Producers request that the dressing rooms be located near a bathroom which is used
only by the performers.
Wardrobe:
12—coat hangers, preferably wooden,to hang costumes
1 —Clothes steamer
Hospitality:
Before show refreshments: Pretzels, Chips, Bottled Water, Juices, Sodas (regular& diet),
M&Ms, and if possible, Fresh Fruit. Enough for company of three (3)
After show refreshments: One (1) large PEPPERONI ONLY hot pizza, preferably from a
LOCAL pizza parlor and not from a national chain.
On days when there are two (2) shows with less than four (4) hours in between, a light meal shall
be provided for the actors and crew. Please clear menu choices with the actors in advance.
Comp Tickets: The PRESENTER agrees to reserve four (4) complimentary tickets for each
performance, if requested by PRODUCER or Company Manager, up to twenty-four (24) hours
in advance of the desired performance.
Housing:
The PRESENTER must provide and pay for at PRESENTER's sole cost and expense up to four
(4) single non-smoking rooms at a nearby top quality hotel/motel for the evening prior to the first
performance and for the evening of each performance day thereafter. The Company Manager
will determine if the rooms will be needed for the evening prior to the first performance day and
will let the PRESENTER know in adequate time prior to the first performance date. The
PRESENTER will make every effort to find at least a three (3) star AAA approved tourist quality
hotel or motel.
Transportation:
The PRESENTER must provide local transportation to and from the airport, the hotel or motel
and the performance venue. Transportation to the theater must be provided no less than one hour
prior to curtain and within one hour following each performance. For bookings of three (3) days
or more the PRESENTER must provide one (1) economy size or larger rental car with
"unlimited" mileage and hotel/motel parking.
Parking should be made available for a car or van near the theatre, preferably close to the stage
door or performer's entrance, for the duration of the run at no added expense to the
PRODUCER.

THE SHOW CAN BE PRESENTED WITH ONE 15 MINUTE INTERMISSION.
OR
THE SHOW CAN ALSO BE PRESENTED WITHOUT AN INTERMISSION.
Total running time (with "Middle Bird" bingo game) is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The four (4) pages of thisTechnical Rider for the performance of THE QUEEN OF BINGO are
considered to be a part of the Main Stage Artists Management Contract Agreement and are accepted and
agreed to by the PRESENTER as an integral part of the attached Contract Agreement.
