ALSO KNOWN AS HRT MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat of subdivision prepared by Bollinger, Lach & Associates, Inc., P.C.
dated March 20, 2007, and last revised November 20, 2008, for the Alft-Randall Division, also
known as HRT Medical Office Building.
