RESOLUTION
APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT TO TOWN AND COUNTRY HOMES
FOR THE COST OF OVERSIZING THE WATER MAIN ALONG NESLER ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the reimbursement in the amount of$141,551 to Town and Country Homes for the
cost of oversizing the water main along Nesler Road from a 12-inch to a 20-inch diameter.
