RESOLUTION
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
AND MASTER CONCEPT PLAN
HPI-ELGIN, L.L.C. WEST ASSEMBLAGE
(14N464 US Hwy 20 and 12N250-13N029 Barr Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the preliminary PUD plan prepared by JEN Land Design, Inc. Sheet 1 dated
August 26,2004,Sheets 2 and 3 dated September 10,2004,and hereby approves the Master Concept
Plan prepared by JEN Land Design, Inc. dated August 26, 2004. The approval granted by this
resolution is tentative in nature, involving the general acceptability of the layout as submitted,and
shall not qualify the plat for recording. Application for final approval shall be made not later than
one year after the date of this resolution and must be supported by such drawings,specifications and
monetary assurance as may be necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable statutes and
ordinances.
