RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EXCHANGE AGREEMENT
(505 and 513 Dundee Avenue-Parcels 8, 9A &9B-Dunkin' Donuts)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock, Mayor, and Diane Robertson, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute an Exchange Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Bob Kothapalli, RHC
Associates,Ashok Mehta and Prabha Mehta,doing business as Dunkin' Donuts,for the exchange of
real estate commonly known as 505 and 513 Dundee Avenue, (Parcels 8, 9A and 9B), Elgin, for a
portion of the public alley located at the northeast corner of Summit Street and Dundee Avenue
owned by the City, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
