RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EXCHANGE AGREEMENT
(519 Dundee Avenue-Parcel 007-Dunkin' Donuts)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock, Mayor, and Diane Robertson, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute an Exchange Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Rama Partners,doing business
as Dunkin' Donuts, for the exchange of real estate commonly known as 519 Dundee Avenue
(Parcel 007), Elgin, for a portion of the public alley located north of Summit Street and east of
Dundee Avenue owned by the City, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
