RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(Portion of 646 Wing Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock, Mayor,and Diane Robertson, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Lucio Garnica,Guadalaupe
Orta Lara and Lara Loza, for the purchase of a portion of the property commonly known as
646 Wing Street consisting of 0.012 acres more or less, Elgin, for $15,000, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
