RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
ON NESLER ROAD BY WEST POINT BUILDERS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance the underground/surface
improvements,which include approximately 4,180 lineal feet of two lane rural highway,630 lineal
feet of 15" storm sewer, 50 lineal feet of 18" storm sewer, four flared end sections, one special
design storm inlet,grass ditches,seven street signs and appurtenances to the city maintained facilities
on Nesler Road by West Point Builders.
