RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
IN MACKENZIE WOODS SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance the underground improvements,
which include 1,220 lineal feet of 12"water main,4-12"valves,4 fire hydrants, 1520 lineal feet of
8" sanitary sewer and 8 sanitary manholes in Mackenzie Woods Subdivision.
