RESOLUTION
RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE CONTRACT
(1337 Dundee Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,and Diane Robertson,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Nicholas J.
Cartina and Janice M. Cartina, for the purchase of property commonly known as 1337 Dundee
Avenue,Elgin,for$450,000,a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
