RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(467 Division Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Rosalio and Elizabeth A.Aldana,for the purchase
of property commonly known as 467 Division Street, Elgin, for $174,000, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
