RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(393 N. STATE STREET)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELG1N,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock, Mayor, and Diane Robertson, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Richard Burge,for the sale
of property commonly known as 393 N. State Street,Elgin,for$137,500,a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
