RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
TOMCO EQUIPMENT COMPANY
FOR PURCHASE OF CARBON DIOXIDE STORAGE EQUIPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,and Diane Robertson,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Tomco Equipment Company for
the purchase of carbon dioxide storage equipment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
