RESOLUTION
RATIFYING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF 29 JEFFERSON AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby ratifies and approves the execution of a contract by Olufemi Folarin, City Manager, for the
purchase of the premises commonly known as 29 Jefferson Avenue, Elgin, Illinois for$162,000, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
