RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF 918 DUNDEE AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,and Diane Robertson,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a real estate sales contract on behalf of the City of Elgin,for the purchase of the
premises commonly known as 918 Dundee Avenue,Elgin,Illinois for$290,000,a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
