RESOLUTION
RATIFYING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF
417 LOVELL STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby ratifies and approves the execution of a contract by Olufemi Folarin, City Manager, and
Diane Robertson, City Clerk, for the sale of the premises commonly known as 417 Lovell Street,
Elgin,Illinois for$130,000,a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
