RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LAND CONTRIBUTION AND
EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH RESIDENTIAL LAND FUND I, L.P.,THE FOREST
PRESERVE DISTRICT OF KANE COUNTY AND THE CITY OF ELGIN
(RLF Development)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock, Mayor, and Jennifer Quinton, Acting City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a land contribution agreement and easement agreement on behalf of the City of
Elgin with the Residential Land Fund I,L.P.and the Forest Preserve District of Kane County,a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
