RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(Portion of the Northeast Corner of Larkin Avenue and Airlite Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock, Mayor, and Jennifer Quinton, Acting City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Wolff Holdings
L.L.C., for the purchase of a portion of the northeast corner of Larkin Avenue and Airlite Street,
property commonly known as 2090 Larkin Avenue, Elgin, for$5,600, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
