RESOLUTION
APPOINTING DIANE ROBERTSON AS CITY CLERK
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, a vacancy has been created in the office of City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and members of the City Council concur in the appointment of
Diane Robertson as City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ELGIN,ILLINOIS, that Diane Robertson be and is hereby appointed to the office of City Clerk of
the City of Elgin with all power,authority and duty of the office of City Clerk as established by the
statutes of the State of Illinois and ordinances of the City of Elgin.
