RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(562 N. Grove Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin, City Manager, and Jennifer Quinton, Acting City Clerk, be and are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Henry Rayfield, for the purchase of property commonly known as 562 N. Grove Avenue,Elgin,for
$180,000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
