RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Sean R. Stegall and David Parulo be and are hereby
reappointed as members of the Elgin Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, for a term to expire
December 31, 2007.
