RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH SENTRY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
(Portion of 1024 South McLean Boulevard)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock,Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Sentry Construction
Company, for the purchase of a portion of property commonly known as 1024 South McLean
Boulevard, Elgin, for $21,810, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
