APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Carolyn Hissong be and is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Fire and Police
Commissioners, to fulfill the unexpired term of Charles Miller, for a term to expire May 1, 2006.
