RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THE
MIDWEST ACADEMY OF TAEKWON DO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Service Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Midwest Academy of
TaeKwon Do for martial arts instruction at The Centre,a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference.
