RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
DIXON DANCE ACADEMY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a service agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Dixon Dance
Academy in the amount of$33,356 to provide dance instruction at The Centre for the year 2007,a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
