RESOLUTION
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN PARK SHELTER FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
from and after January 1, 2007 fees and charges for the use of certain park facilities shall be in
accordance with the following schedule:
PARK SHELTER RENTAL: Daily 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Lords Park: Shelter#1/zoo-East(seats up to 70)
Shelter#2/West(seats up to 70)
Trout Park: Shelter#1/Route 25-East(seats approx. 100)
Shelter#2/ball field-West (seats approx. 150-200)
Wing Park: Shelter#1/playground (seats up to 70)
Shelter#2/golf course(seats up to 70)
Resident/Additional Hour
6 Hour Rental:
1-50 people $60.00/10.00
51-100 people $65.00/10.00
Over 100 people $70.00/10.00
Nonresident/Additional Hour
6 Hour Rental:
1-50 people $65.00/10.00
51-100 people $70.00/10.00
Over 100 people $75.00/10.00
School/Additional Hour
6 Hour Rental:
1-50 people $55.00/10.00
51-100 people $60.00/10.00
Over 100 people $65.00/10.00
Electricity available in all shelters except Lords Park.
BANDSHELL: Resident Non-Resident School Lighting
4-hr Rental $50 $55 $45 $30/hr.
Each additional hour is $10.00 per hour.
