RESOLUTION
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE USE OF THE LORDS PARK PAVILION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
from and after January 1, 2007 fees and charges for the use of the Lords Park Pavilion shall be in
accordance with the following schedule:
I. RENTAL GROUPS:
GROUP # OF GUESTS
1 1-100
2 101-200
3 201-300
II. RESERVATION PACKAGES:
Package Usage Time Set Up/Tear Down Total Usage Time
A 2 hours 30 minutes 3 hours
B 4 hours 45 minutes 5.5 hours
C 8 hours 1 hour 10 hours
No proportional time allowed.
III. 2005 MAINTENANCE FEES: BUILDING USE

B. Group 2:
Package A $258.00/$323.00
Package B $473.00/$592.00
Package C $860.00/$1075.00

IV. 2005 EQUIPMENT CHARGES:
A. Tables (3x8 folding) $4.00 each (40 tables available)
B. Chairs (metal folding) $ 1.00 each (180 chairs available)
V. SERVICE FEE:
$25 processing fee to change reservation date.
VI. SECURITY DEPOSIT:
50%of the rental cost due at the time the reservation is made. One month prior to the
reservation date,rental fee must be paid in full. After the event,the security deposit will
be refunded providing that all guidelines regarding the rental were met.
