RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
William Hoffer be and is hereby appointed as a member of the Project Leadership Team for the
Sports Complex Redevelopment,also known as the Golf Leadership Committee to fill the vacancy
created by the resignation of Robert Hoffer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Joseph Nickels be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Building Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Stephen F. Silva be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Building Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Richard Sinnett Jr. be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Building Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Patrick Hines be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Electrical Committee, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that William Lauderdale be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Electrical Committee, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Denise K. Bowman be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Civil Service Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Connie Zapata be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Civil Service Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that JoAnn C. Foley be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Elgin Emergency System Telephone Board(E-911),for a term to expire May 1,2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Donna J. Scott be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Elgin Emergency System Telephone Board(E-911),for a term to expire May 1,2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Daryl Allen be and is hereby reappointed as a member of
the Board of Examiners of Stationary Engineers, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mary G. Camacho be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Carolyn Hissong be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Marsha Delaney be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Board of Health, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Deborah Eickstaedt be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Pete Garlock be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jeff Grosser be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Christopher D.McHugh be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Hemmens Advisory Board, to fulfill the unexpired term of Allan Nelson to expire
May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that George Albee be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Elgin Heritage Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that William Briska be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Elgin Heritage Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Rick Krocza be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Elgin Heritage Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Aloun Khotisene be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Human Relations Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dennis L. Novotny be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Human Relations Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Susan Moylan be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Image Advisory Commission and appointed as chairman, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Councilmember Robert Gilliam hereby reappointed as a
member of the Local Liquor Control Commission, for a term to expire April 30, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Michael J.Bailey hereby reappointed as a member ofthe
Parks and Recreation Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John K. O'Haire be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Parks and Recreation Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John F. Hurlbut be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Planning and Development Commission and reappointed as chairman, for a term to
expire July 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Christopher Barry be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Planning and Development Commission, for a term to expire July 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Robert W. Siljestrom be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Planning and Development Commission, for a term to expire July 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Robert Langlois be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Zoning and Subdivision Hearing Board and reappointed as chairman, for a term to
expire July 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Beth A. Kruger be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Zoning and Subdivision Hearing Board, for a term to expire July 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jack Roder be and is hereby reappointed as a member of
the Zoning and Subdivision Hearing Board, for a term to expire July 1, 2009.
