RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
BURNS &McDONNELL FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES
AT THE RIVERSIDE AND LYLE AVENUE WATER TREATMENT PLANTS
AND LYLE AVENUE BOOSTER PUMP STATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Burns and McDonnell,Inc. for
engineering design services for the Riverside Water Treatment Plant Wash Water Recovery Basin
and Modifications to Pumps at the Airlite Water Treatment Plant and the Lyle Avenue Booster Pump
Station, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
