RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH CONOPCO, INC.
(Unilever Bestfoods Properties at 51-87 and 119 N. State Street
and 322 W. Highland Avenue, Elgin, Illinois)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock,Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Conopco, Inc., for the
purchase of property commonly known as 51-87 and 119 N. State Street and 322 W. Highland
Avenue, Elgin, for $3,750,000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
