Home My WebLink About05-56 Resolution No. 05-56 RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR TUSCAN WOODS (2105 Highland Avenue) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it hereby approves the preliminary plat prepared by Land Vision dated December 1, 2004 for Tuscan Woods. The approval granted by this resolution is tentative in nature, involving the general acceptability of the layout as submitted,and shall not qualify the plat for recording.
