RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK AND VEATCH CORPORATION FOR THE FOX RIVER DREDGING
AND RIVERSIDE WATER TREATMENT PLANT INTAKE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
David M.Dorgan,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement for Engineering Services on behalf of the
City of Elgin with Black and Veatch Corporation for the Fox River Dredging and Riverside Water
Treatment Plant Intake, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
