RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING REPAIR OF THE EMERGENCY GENERATOR AT
120 S. STATE STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,be and is hereby authorized and directed to reimburse the Housing
Authority of Elgin in an amount not to exceed $32,500 for costs related to the repair of the
emergency generator that acts as emergency power for the City of Elgin prime radio site at the Elgin
Housing Authority property at 120 S. State Street, Elgin, Illinois.
