RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
MIDWEST ACADEMY OF TAE KWON-DO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a service agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Midwest Academy of
TaeKwon-Do in the amount of$19,649 to provide martial arts instructions at The Centre for the year
2006, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
