RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE
AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH ELGIN REALTY PARTNERS, LLC
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
RANDALL ROAD AND COLLEGE GREEN DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Ed Schock, Mayor,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a Third Amendment in connection with the property located at the Northeast corner of
Randall Road and College Green Drive,a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
