RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE TRUNK 20 INTERCEPTOR SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS IN WATERFORD SUBDIVISION AND APPROVING
REIMBURSEMENT TO KIMBALL HILL HOMES FOR CONSTRUCTION COSTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
the City of Elgin hereby accepts ownership and maintenance of the Trunk 20 interceptor sewer
improvements in Waterford Subdivision constructed by Kimball Hill Homes and approves
reimbursement to Kimball Hill Homes for construction costs in the amount of$436,844.82 pursuant
to the annexation agreement between the City of Elgin and Kimball Hill Homes dated July 9,2003.
