RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND/SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN SLOUGH BUSINESS CENTER II SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance the underground/surface improvements, which
include water main,storm sewer,sanitary sewer,streets,sidewalks and lights in the Slough Business
Center II Subdivision.
