RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
ELGIN YOUTH SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
(Made in the USA)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Elgin Youth
Symphony Orchestra for a$6,627 grant for two performances of Made in the USA pursuant to the
Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture Grants Program,a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference.
