RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN THE NORTHWEST CORPORATE PARK SUBDIVISION
PHASES 1 AND 3
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance the underground and surface improvements,which
include water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and pavement improvements, including all
appurtenances, in the Northwest Corporate Park Subdivision,Phases 1 and 3.
